I purchased it for my mother who is bothered with robo calls and this phone helps her know when family and friends are calling. The phone has other handy features like a button that lets you instantly silence calls that you don’t intend to answer, and buttons that let you enhance the sound for those with hearing issues. It also has a button that lets you slow down messages, if you have trouble understanding them. It is a really well thought out phone.
