Shipping & Returns


All online and telephone orders are processed within 24 hours. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be picked, packed, and labelled, ready for pickup by one of our preferred carriers.


We use Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS for shipments to customers in Canada and the USA. For international customers, we may use a combination of carriers to offer you the best shipping rates. We have regular carrier pickups from our warehouse from Monday to Friday.


All orders shipped out are traceable and will automatically include insurance to cover the value of the shipment in case of lost or damage. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched and/or picked-up by a carrier. Shipments can be tracked at the website of the respective carriers below:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS


Because of Covid-19 Pandemic shipping times may be longer the usual as it is behind the control of all carriers at the moment.

  • Ontario and Quebec customers will usually receive shipments within 1 to 3 business days. Most urban addresses should expect shipment next business day; rural areas up to 3 days.
  • Shipments to other destinations within Canada may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your postal code.


  • Customers in the USA will receive shipments on average within 5 to 7 business days by Canada Post or USPS. UPS will usually deliver sooner, within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Since cross-border shipments are subject to customs clearance and inspection, your order may be delayed.


  • Shipping times for items sent internationally will be subject to carrier standards and vary from country to country. Please contact the carrier of your choice directly for more information.


For US and International customers, you are responsible for any and all applicable customs, duties, and clearance charges related to your shipment.
When promotional free shipping or flat rate shipping is offered we may use the carrier of our choice.
Bulky items and items shipped to rural routes may incur an additional delivery surcharge.


Due to Covid-19 Pandemic for the safety of our employees Any orders After march 23,2020 we shipped out of our warehouse or bought direct from our retail store will not be returnable or exchangeable until this pandemic is over. Please Ask about our extended return period before you make your purchase.

Products can be returned to our store within 30 days of your purchase, or 30 days from when your online order is received. All items returned should be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging and accessories, including cables, adapters, and assembly hardware.


Products returned missing parts or not in their original condition may incur a restocking fee from 25% to 50%. Please ensure that you have all pieces with you before you request a return. You can contact us by phone or email beforehand if you are unsure.


There are certain cases when products purchased from us may not be returned:

  • If the product is a consumable and has been opened (including storage devices and blank media)
  • Opened software
  • Android boxes, IPTV boxes
  • Items that have been used and cannot be restored to their original condition (including antenna mounts, TV wall mounts, coaxial cable, and bulk cables)
  • Certain personal electronics and wearables (such as earbuds)
  • If the returned product is missing parts or accessories
  • Or, if it has been more than 30 days after your purchase


  • All purchases are assumed to be final sale
  • Products eligible for exchange may be returned within 7 days of in-store purchase or 30 days of online order
  • No refunds, exchanges, returns for all satellite equipment and clearance items.


We will issue you a refund to the same method of payment that you used at the time of purchase. Upon request, or when you wish to make an exchange for another product, we may issue you a store credit.


For all online orders, you will need to contact us before you return your items. We will send you detailed instructions and information to expedite the process.

For items you return to us not for warranty service, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Items returned to us for warranty service may incur additional return shipping costs. Items returned to a manufacturer will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.


Please make sure your address is completed and accurate. Lost Packages due to incorrect shipping address will not be replaced, unless the package is returned. If we receive the package back, additional postage is required before we re-ship the package. If the lost/returned package is our fault, it will be replaced and reshipped at our expense. NO REFUNDS will be given on lost or returned packages if it was not our fault.


If you have any problems whatsoever with any of the products you purchase from us, please contact us and we will assist you. In most cases we will be able to offer you a solution or product exchange. Unless otherwise indicated, most products we sell come with one month standard store warranty and remaining  warranty from the manufacturer(Different Manufacturer have different warranty periods.most of the time is 1 year). This warranty covers manufacturing defects or hardware failure during the normal life of a product under normal usage. Warranty does not cover products that are damaged by incorrect usage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.For Manufacturer’s warranty customer has to contact manufacturer with proof of purchase after 30 days store warranty period is ended.
